The front centers the PROTECTION REVOKED declaration alongside two suited political figures, presenting the composition with the visual language of an official notice rather than a celebration.
Turn the garment around and the design continues through an ornate gold-toned institutional crest, giving the piece the appearance of an archived judgment, formal record, or status that has been rescinded.
