SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time
All products at EO REBELLUTION SJ are made-to-order via our print-on-demand partners. Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing and production before your item ships. This time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product weight, and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and begin once the order has been handed off from our production facility, not from the date of purchase.

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days after shipping.

  • International Orders: Estimated delivery within 10-20 business days after shipping. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL, depending on the destination and product. The carrier for your order will be selected at our discretion to provide the best combination of value and reliability.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to activate in the carrier's system.

Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, failed delivery attempts), we will contact you using the information provided at checkout. Additional shipping fees will apply to re-send the order to a corrected address.

Multiple Item Orders
Items from the same order may ship separately from different production facilities if they are not located in the same warehouse. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages
EO REBELLUTION SJ is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Please contact your local post office or carrier first to initiate an investigation if you have not received your package.
