At EO REBELLUTION SJ, we take pride in the quality and symbolism of our products. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines the conditions for returns and refunds, as all our items are made on-demand.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we can only accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, with a significant printing error, or is defective.

  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.

What is Not Eligible for Return/Refund:

  • Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns simply because you changed your mind.

  • Incorrect Size Selection: Please check our size charts carefully before ordering.

  • Minor Production Variations: Slight variations in color or placement due to the printing process are considered part of the handmade character of the item and are not grounds for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return/Refund

  1. Contact Us: You must initiate the process within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at info@eorebellutionsj.com with your order number and clear photos/video showing the issue.

  2. Assessment: Our team will review your request and provide instructions if a return is approved.

  3. Return Shipping: For approved cases of damage/defect/wrong item, we will provide a prepaid return label or instructions.

  4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products or items on final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment processor, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@eorebellutionsj.com.
